It was smiles all round today for Phil Page, student pilot at MASF, Cambridge when he was able to return the favour and show Karen, his hypnotherapist that he really is cured - thanks to her!

Phil, a retired Police Officer from Horringer, Bury St Edmunds,

has finally beaten his fear of flying and now can’t wait for his next lesson at Mid-Anglia School of Flying in Cambridge where he was delighted to be able to thank Karen Wickham who has helped him to live his dream.

Phil went to Karen, who is a Registered Advanced Hypnotherapist and after only 2 sessions was able to confront his fears. He was so confident that he booked a trial lesson and the rest is history.....

It was when Phil’s son Paul moved to Florida, that he made his decision to find help to conquer his fear of flying. He told us that when he heard of hurricanes on the news he worried that he would not be able to travel out to the States in case of an emergency. He did some research and found Karen and says he can never thank her enough.

Following the success of the trial lesson at MASF , Phil and his Wife went ahead and booked their flight to Florida where they had a wonderful holiday with Paul, something they had previously not thought possible.

He then decided to commence his PPL training. Phil is now learning to pilot a Piper PA28 Warrior and loving every minute of it.
