IMC Course

The IMC rating enables PPL holders to fly in Instrument Meteorological Conditions in UK airspace.

The training requirements are a minimum of 15 hours dual training and will include the use of radio aids including VDF, VOR, ADF, DME, ILS, marker receiver and transponder.

Cambridge Airport is an ideal training environment for the IMC and offers students full Air Traffic Control, ILS, VDF and ADF procedures.
